Last night in Gowanus, Brooklyn stand-up comic Wyatt Cenac hosted his weekly Monday comedy night. A crowd packed into the Littlefield, a cool space set deep in the industrial neighborhood nestled between Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. Every seat in the house was taken and the walls were lined with standing room patrons sipping libations from the theater’s reasonably priced bar.
Wyatt kicked it off freestyling on a golf cap-wearing twenty-something seated in the front row on his cell phone. It was an uproarious night of talented performers filled with rants, ukuleles, and a vegan.
Congrats to the stellar performers:
- Robert Dean
- Julio Torres
- Reformed Whores
- Ronny Chieng
- Dave Helem
Did I mention tickets are only $8.00; who’s taking the night train next Monday?
